Our friends at Senior Living have made available a great document focused on the ways seniors suffer injuries and steps that can be taken to prevent situations that lead to injuries. Subtitled “An Injury Prevention Guide,” the document presents a wealth of ideas and suggestions to eliminate hazards in the home, deal with environmental and climate hazards, maintain physical health, and use durable medical equipment (walkers, canes, etc.) correctly. These are just a few of the topics covered in the Guide…there are more, and they’re all important!
