The AMAC Foundation’s Social Security Advisory Service is wrapping up its fourth year of operation, having handled more than 8,000 inquiries in that period. In managing this service, we’ve found that many of the questions cluster around a handful of basic areas. With this in mind, we thought it might be helpful to provide an update on these most commonly queried subjects, and at the same time provide an update on some of the changes for the coming year that have a broad impact on Social Security beneficiaries.
In keeping with our Foundation’s mission of “supporting and educating America’s seniors,” we are again presenting this update in a public setting where seminar attendees can get the facts straight from our staff of National Social Security Advisors. Join us on Tuesday, December 10 for a lively session as our Advisors interpret the 2020 changes for you! We’ll also refresh you on many of the basic Social Security rules you need to understand.
