The Charles E. Merrill Scholarship is available to freshmen at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. You must demonstrate academic performance to be eligible for this award. Preference is given descendants of maimed or wounded WW II veterans. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
