In this one-hour workshop, VITAS representative Thomas Spencer, PhD, a highly decorated veteran of multiple foreign combat theaters and former specialist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs discusses home health care, pension and aid and attendance benefits, and end-of-life issues, including coverage for burial and memorial services and regulations associated with national cemeteries.
This hour and a half seminar will focus on a discussion of nursing home care and home health care, pension and aid and attendance benefits, and end-of-life issues, including coverage for burial and memorial services and regulations associated with national cemeteries. Our speaker will again be Thomas Spencer, PhD, a highly decorated veteran of multiple foreign combat theatres and former specialist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Spencer also served as a liaison for members of both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate during his VA work.
