The Raymond A. and Barbara J. Hinerman Law Scholarship is available to students at the West Virginia University, College of Law. You must be a resident of Hancok, Brooke or Ohio County and demonstrate both merit and financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to married student and veterans.
