And let’s face it…that’s many if not most of us! This document covers the many scams in play these days, providing warning signs that can tip you off to the deceptions that float around the media. It also explains The Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) Rule in place to protect you, the rights that you have as a consumer, and the places you can go to find legitimate help. And last, but clearly not least, the document explains where to go to report suspected fraud.
