Hammers of Hope is part of Jefferson County Community Partnership.

Hammers of Hope is a volunteer driven program that provides accessibility ramps and/or health and safety related home/mobile home repairs, such as installing grab bars, etc., for Jefferson County, MO residents.  If you have lived in your home for 3 years and meet the financial requirements, this program may be for you.

Hammers of Hope is NOT an emergency service provider.
