WHO WE ARE

We are the seekers and explorers, the fun-makers and adventurers. We believe life doesn’t stop unfolding just because we have a disability. We’re adaptive. Our NAC family draws from decades of experience working with people of all abilities, harnessing the power of specialized equipment, techniques, teaching methods and over 1,900 volunteers.

MILITARY PROGRAMS

We welcome members of the Armed Forces and Veterans from every era to participate in ANY of our programs. These programs provide recreational, rehabilitative, and therapeutic programs to service members AND their families that include ongoing lessons, specialized camps, mobile programs and adaptive wilderness expeditions.

In most cases service members are provided access to all National Ability Center recreation and adventure programs at NO COST, with scholarships being available by request for their accompanying family members. For Military & Veteran specifics, click here.
