Starting on November 11th, 2020, U.S. Military Veterans and Gold Star Families will have fees waived at all federal recreation areas. This includes sites within the National Park Service, U.S. Fish & Game, U.S Forest Service, Army Corp of Engineering, and United States Geological Service.

The Interagency Annual Military Pass has been expanded to include both veterans and Gold Star Families. Agencies will now issue the Interagency Military Passes to veterans and Gold Star Families upon request and with proof of eligibility as described below.

Entry fees are waived for the veteran or the Gold Star Family voucher holder, as well as any individuals who are occupants of a single, private non-commercial vehicle OR the veteran or voucher-holder and three persons (16 and older) where per-person fees are charged. The voucher is non-transferable and void if altered.
