We welcome and support current and former service members and their family members during their time as Green River College students as they are an integral part of the Gator community. We are committed to helping them to succeed and achieve their academic and career goals.

Veteran Services serves as a resource for all veterans and military-connected students by providing support and referrals throughout campus and our community. Our VA Certifying Officials provide individualized support to help each student receive the educational benefits they are entitled to. Through the Center of Excellence for Veteran Student Success (CEVSS) grant from the US Department of Education, we have a specialized Educational Planner available to support all veterans and military-connected students to navigate their educational and career pathway options from start to finish. We also have a dedicated Veteran Transition Coordinator available to connect students to opportunities and resources on and off campus as well as other direct support to help overcome barriers to success.
