Stellate Ganglion Block, or SGB, is a procedure that will help diminish the affects of PTSD such as depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, dreams. It will NOT cure PTSD but it will help make life more bearable and tolerable. It will help give you back some of the life you lost before you were traumatized. There have been numerous Veterans from our local area receive this procedure with overwhelmingly positive results. This procedure is not covered by insurance or the VA at this time, however, Silent Watch will cover the cost for any Veteran or First Responder as long as funds are available.
