Our Mission and Strategy

Realizing that the Federal Government is not supporting HBOT for treating TBI, and may not do so in the foreseeable future, a number of states have undertaken a grassroots effort to provide HBOT to their veterans. Oklahoma was the first, establishing a Patriot Clinic in 2014 and treating over 400 patients since then. Texas and Indiana passed legislation in 2017, Kentucky in 2018, Florida and North Carolina in in 2019, and Wyoming in 2021. Five other states are evaluating doing the same. The state of Arizona passed HB2513 unanimously by State House and Senate, in March 2018 in support of this treatment – making it the 5th state to do so. The Federal Government is finally moving in this direction; President Trump signed Senate Bill S785 into law in October 2020 which offers to pilot the treatment of 1000 veterans utilizing alternative therapies including HBOT.
