I assume every benefit costs more?
Ms. Adams:
I’m not sure I understand your question, but would be happy to discuss it with you. I will be in the office Monday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, so if you have a few minutes please give me call. (888-750-2622)
Thank you!
Gerry Hafer, Executive Director
I was denied SS because My 40 quarters were completed in March. SS says I can not receive SS retirement until October.
Is their such a rule.
Mr. Rivers:
Thank you for contacting the AMAC Foundation’s Social Security Advisory Service. In order to answer your question, I’ll need some additional information from you. Specifically, I’ll need to know your date of birth so we can confirm your eligibility for Social Security benefits. If you have not reached age 62 as of March of this year, that may be the reason you were denied benefits. Pleas provide that piece of information and, if you have Social Security’s denial in written form, a copy of that would be helpful, as well.
Thanks, and I’ll await your response. I won’t be in the office tomorrow, but you can reach me there on Monday, 5/14 (888-750-2622).
