DESCRIPTION:Program Overview The Constitutional Advocacy Academy is a year-long leadership and advocacy experience designed to equip engaged citizens with the knowledge and skills to influence public policy effectively and lawfully. Through monthly classes\, participants learn the constitutional foundations of advocacy\, how the legislative process really works\, and how to communicate persuasively with elected officials at the federal and state levels. Participants gain practical tools for grassroots engagement\, legislative meetings\, and community leadership—empowering them to serve as informed\, credible\, and effective advocates for the issues that matter most to them. \n\n\n\nSESSION 3: Order\, Motions\, and Majority Rule – Robert’s Rules of Order for Effective Organizations. Effective organizations don’t succeed by accident—they succeed through order\, clarity\, and disciplined decision-making. Order\, Motions\, and Majority Rule: Robert’s Rules of Order for Effective Organizations introduces the practical foundations of parliamentary procedure and shows how structured meetings lead to stronger leadership\, fairer outcomes\, and greater organizational credibility. \n\n\n\nIn this session\, participants will learn how Robert’s Rules of Order create a clear framework for discussion\, motions\, and voting\, helping groups move from debate to decisive action.
