DESCRIPTION:The concept and reality of “aging” have changed over the years\, and by focusing on some key elements\, you can improve your chance to remain healthy and happy throughout your lifespan. In this session\, you will learn about the myths of aging and key components of aging well\, including physical health\, cognitive health\, meaning\, socialization\, and attitude.
