DESCRIPTION:According to reports from the  U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\, the reverse mortgage concept is continuing to grow in popularity among older Americans. For homeowners age 62 or older\, they represent an opportunity to convert part of the equity in their home into cash without having to sell your home or pay additional monthly bills. But most reputable information sources make it clear that the concept is fairly complicated and the opportunity may not be right for everyone. Caution and careful investigation are the watchwords trustworthy financial companies tend to use when approached by someone considering taking this step. \n\n\n\nSo\, if you’re thinking about pursuing the reverse mortgage route\, what do you do?
