DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore the topic of age-related diseases\, focusing on the signs and symptoms of illnesses and conditions that occur more frequently in people as they get older. Maria Cofrancesco\, Nurse Practitioner with Vitas Healthcare will be lead the discussion\, addressing treatment options and key points to discuss with one’s health care provider. Maria is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (MS – Nursing) with a concentration as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
