This hands-on seminar will focus on ways to manage pain through low impact exercising, We’ll also delve into the science behind Tai Chi and Qi Gong and the importance of balancing mind, body, and spirit. A Physical Therapist will join us to explain exercising and arthritis and Joint health, while VITAS Healthcare experts will discuss various physical exercise alternatives.
